On 18 June, EUREGHA and Region Västra Götaland organised a Roundtable Discussion on the Green Paper on Mobile Health (mHealth). During the event, the Green Paper was presented by Martin Andreasson, the Committee of the Regions’ rapporteur on mHealth. A discussion followed between the paticipants and Mr Andreasson on the challenges and opportunities for regional and local authorities with mHealth.
Some of the areas that were discussed were data protection, the role and opportunities for SMEs related to mHealth, security and quality related issues with mHealth apps and governance of mhealth.
