EUREGHA is happy to be one of the official partners of the 15th International Conference for Integrated Care, organised in Edinburgh 25-27 March 2015.
The title of the conference is “Complex Needs, Integrated Solutions: Engaging, empowering and enabling people for active and healthy living” and the aim of the conference is to exchange knowledge, experience and new ideas in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care.
The key themes are;
