“I am Giovanni Gorgoni, the Director General of AReSS Puglia, the Apulian agency for innovation in health and social care operating with a wide variety of competences, from epidemiology and care intelligence to digital health and telemedicine, from health technology assessment to healthcare quality auditing, cross-cutting the improvement of healthcare workforce skills and the social inclusion. I guess that the biggest challenge for the next EB mandate could be the scouting of novel patterns of community building, fuelling the disruptive transition from healthcare domain to wellbeing ecosystem.”

My work also focuses on knowledge transfer, implementation of Memoranda of Understandings and exchange of good practices at national, European and international level to stimulate scaling-up of innovative solutions. As an Executive Board member I look forward to closer collaboration with other regions and countries in Europe, sharing the expertise, building the mutual relationships and trust which offer us new opportunities on how to overcome common challenges in delivering high-quality, accessible, and financial sustainable healthcare. Board member
“I am Sol Wallyn, part of the Team International Health and Care at the Department for Care of the Flemish Government. My interests in my job are to liaise my colleagues with the international environment and ensure that they can share their policy initiatives with their peers in other countries. The EUREGHA network therefore is an excellent opportunity within the EU and European context. As Executive Board member I would like to contribute to establish exchanges with the EU Institutions and more particularly, the Commission, the EU Parliament and the CoR, on policy issues relevant for Flanders and the other members of EUREGHA. The future of EUREGHA lies in the strength of connecting its members with other regional and local authorities and of course the EU Institutions.”

“I am Maurizia Rolli, serving as the Chief of the Department of Innovation in Healthcare and Social Services within the Ministry of Health and Social Policies in Emilia-Romagna. Our organization is dedicated to developing innovative tools, strategies, and analysing data from regional databases. Our aim is to shape evidence-based policies in Healthcare and Social Services while also fostering coordination between the Regional Government and academic and non-academic institutions. As an Executive Board member, my focus is on strengthening the network with other regions and sharing the outcomes of our endeavours. We strive to conduct meaningful and impactful research, contributing to the establishment of a quality-oriented healthcare system for our citizens. I firmly believe that during times of uncertainty, characterized by factors such as macroeconomic constraints, population aging, and increasing social inequalities, cooperation with Euregha can truly make a difference. Together, we can help our community work, grow, and improve.”
