EUREGHA, the CoR Interregional Group on Health and Well-being, the CoR NAT Commission and European Commission’s DG CNECT are pleased to invite you to the following event, organized in light of the European Week of Regions and Cities:
In the frame of #EURegionsWeek 20th Anniversary, this high-level workshop aims to gather European institutions, regions and cities, and key stakeholders to foster a debate on how digital health transformation can nurture quality and efficiency of health and care provision, empower citizens and boost resilience and sustainability and what is truly needed to achieve it across Europe, putting a particular focus on the role of regional and local health authorities in driving this change forward.
The event will be moderated by Giovanni Gorgoni, Chair of the European Regional and Local Health Authorities (EUREGHA).
The event will be enriched by videos and testimonies from regional and local health authorities and concrete projects on the ground to reflect on the potential and challenges of diigital health and the role of regions as a driving force behind the digitalisation of the health sector in the European Union.
