SUNFRAIL seminar: preliminary results and good practices

EUREGHA, as part of the SUNFRAIL project team, is delighted to invite you to a SUNFRAIL seminar in Brussels on 5 April to share with you the preliminary results achieved throughout the first two years of the project.

During the event, you will have an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the SUNFRAIL Tool for the identification of frailty and multimorbidity, and to hear more about good practices for the identification of frailty and multimorbidity collected by the project partners.
