EUREGHA attended the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing 1st Conference of Partners on 6th November 2012. This one-day event saw each of the six Action Groups of the Partnership present their final Action Plans. Of particular interest to EUREGHA was the B3 Action Group Action Plan- ‘Replicating and tutoring integrated care for chronic diseases, including remote monitoring at regional levels’. EUREGHA is involved in this Action Group, particularly along with member region, Catalunya.
Candidates for Reference Sites also presented their achievements and future targets, including another member region, Skåne, who discussed ‘How to scale up and disseminate innovative solutions for active and healthy ageing’.
