On the occasion of the breakfast policy briefing organised by the European Policy Centre (EPC) and focused on the French Presidency’s priorities, the French Permanent Representative to the EU, Mr Pierre Sellal, outlined the major issues at stake for the second half of 2008. According to his intervention, four topics will underlie the discussions within the European Council, namely: Migration, Climate Change, Defence and the Common Agriculture Policy (CAP).
